During one of these "informal" sessions, we cover all of the steps involved in becoming a licensed real estate salesperson, including:
1. Preliminary decisions about your current career and a possible career in real estate, including aptitude questionnaire.
2. Pre License Training, including: schools, costs, schedules, and requirements.
3. Eligibility requirements for state exam, including costs and schedules.
4. Affiliation with a firm, including questions, priorities, and costs.
5. Getting started, including training, support, management and expectations.
After the presentation, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and schedule a PERSONAL
